The Colonial Supreme leader, Lord-Marshal Cetanu Guan'thwei, is recognised as the principle motivator and organiser of the Colonials. But to thosewith even a remote knowledge of the Colonials' military chain of command, another name glares from Cetanu's shadow. General Maximillian Veers; the black heart that beats within the Colonials.
An arrogant and notoriously proud fascist, Veers is an extremely good tactician as well as being a man of enormous experience and infectious patriotism and is hugely respected, and feared, by Colonial soldiers. He is fiercly loyal to Cetanu and will stop at nothing to carry out his wishes.
