Nerthalia

Nerthalia is a Kiravian colonial territory.

History

Seirm Novân's expedition visited Nerthalia, and made detailed maps of the coast. They returned several months later to wait out a storm on land.

The area was mostly uninhabited, and only a few native villages existed. But when Kiravian settlers began arriving, in 20234, the population swelled from 740 to 80,000.

Economy

Nerthalia's economy is heavily reliant upon Agriculture, and upon the industry and shipping that takes place in the main coastal cities.

Agriculture

Most agriculture takes place on plantations.

Industry

Nerthalian industry is concentrated around processing agricultural products, construction, and manufacturing containers & prefabricated goods to be exported. Shipping is a developing industry in the tropical ports, and the other major cities.

Demographics

Most Nethalians are Kaldev and Cyrmev Christians. There are, however, some Undinan labourers that follow Undinan Universism.

Culture

Nerthalian culture is very concentrated upon providing for oneself, the value of family, and devotion to one's religion. Art and musical productions in the province reflect this.
