They greeted the Carthaginians with peace, and had no problem for them to settle in the plains of Polarverta, as they had no use for them anyway. In exchange, the Carthaginians promised to supply them with their agricultural harversts. Nevertheless, The Avians did not ceaded the entire land to them, but only certain areas, just enough to unsure a suiteble hinterland to the 12 small colonies first founded to survive. The Peace Treaty, was soon followed by the draftment of a new Constitutional Chart, which is still in base in our days. A long period of recovery followed, but so it did for the Avians also.
