ASI - Artificial Semantic Intelligence

The principles for the creation of Artificial Semantic Intelligence were devised in the now-defunct EOTED (Empire of the Eternal Dawn - now known as the Iluvauromeni Commonality of Everlasting Light). ASIs are based in binary coding, but are designed to perceive the world entirely in words, sentences, and paragraphs.

The recent invention of a 'spoken' mathematical language by noted ICEL mathematician and Imperial Mother, Bao Ling (the 'mother' of Artificial Semantic Intelligence), and two ASIs, Sarah and Tatya has enabled more rapid creation of ASIs, leading to the suggestion that all major ICEL military assets; furthermore, ASIs are as a result no longer restricted to word-based skills, but are also capable of mathematical computation at the conscious level - making the above possiblity distinctly more likely to come to pass.
