A Random Conglomeration was founded by the ex-nation of Cantour. Date of foundation is unknown, but it was colonized by the Vulcanth Army of June 19, 2007, in an effort to increase the size of the Vulcanth Empire. First Stable Vulcanth Colony.
It has four nations, only one of which has UN status (the Empire of Dogbertt). He lost UN delegate status on June 22, 2007. Regional power is low.
