The region of Vulcanth is a region with a population hovering around 40 nations (record population: 84). It is quite adept at region-crashing thanks to a superb General, and has many allies.

History
Vulcanth has a short yet rich history. The region was formed by two small, underdeveloped nations, Roy the Mighty, then known as the Holy Empire of Roy the Mighty, and the then called Empire of Scarm. Roy the Mighty, who immigrated from the abandoned region of Shagraths, helped co-found Vulcanth with Scarm. Roy the Mighty began to recruit, and soon the population increased. It has not been determined when Vulcanth was founded. The founding Empire of Scarm dates it to some time between February and March of 2007.
Early Raids
After a disastrous raid led by Roy the Mighty to the region of Romans, and another led by Poodledomism to Gilmerica, The Founding Empire of Scarm decreed that a Vulcanth empire would be created. He employed the work of The Disputed Territories of Existing reality to form the VMI (Vulcanth Ministry of Intelligence). Since then, the army has stabilized, and raids have begun on a weekly basis.
Color Wood
The Federation of Anity now known as the Federal Republic of Anity; founded a new region to be a colony of Vulcanth, known as the region of Color Wood. Shortly afterwards they broke off from Vulcanth and there was a brief period of rivalry, but with negotiating, Color Wood became an ally. On July 2007 Color Wood rejoined the Vulcanth Empire, with the formal return of it by the Federal Republic of Anity. The Federal Republic of Anity was given full pardon by the Founding Empire of Scarm as well as Vulcanth, as it was suggested that the Federation of Anity stand trial for treason. Some of Color Wood is still against the idea of Vulcanth and have either fled or rebelled. Then, Color Wood's UN delegate declared freedom from Vulcanth, which was overturned by Color Wood members when he left. Color Wood is now a colony.
Featured Region
On June 4, 2007, Vulcanth was the day's Featured Region. This was a joyous day in the history of Vulcanth because this is one of the highest honors in NationStates for a region.
Vulcanth Empire
The Federal Republic of Anity founded the first colony of Vulcanth, titled Color Wood. Later though, Color Wood was granted independence by The Founding Empire of Scarm after The Federal Republic of Anity posted a declaration of independence from Vulcanth. On June 19, Vulcanth was officially declared an Empire again, with the password protection of A Random Conglomeration. The raid was directed by The Welcome to Jamaica of Poodledomism and carried out by The Empire of Dogbertt, who was assisted by many troops from Vulcanth. Other raids will occur in the near future. On June 28, 2007, Color Wood rejoined the Empire of Vulcanth for a reason only known to The Federal Republic of Anity and an inner circle of friends.
Another raid was on the dying region of The poopy doopy doopy boopy, directed by Poodledomism and carried out by Dogbertt, with four assisting troops.

This document is not for reproduction of any kind, unless authorized by Mencer, Scarm, and the head of foreign affairs. Only the head of foreign affairs can initiate any form of alteration of this contract.
Any reproduction of this contract, which is not authorized by the founders and head of foreign affairs, will be rendered void and the perpetrator will be punished.
Both parties have agreed on the terms and conditions that follow:
Both regions will acknowledge the existence of their alliance to their regions.
Both regions will demonstrate respectful behavior towards each other. This includes no form of insulting, degrading, demeaning, humiliating, or threats towards each other on their regional message boards.
Any vital or significant information that involves or threatens either region is to be shared privately, unless authorized by the founders for public display.
During times of war (Defense and Raiding), both regions would be asked, not required, to aid one another. If either region has no viable excuse, or willingly holds back major resources that could aid the region needing assistance, then they have violated the agreement.
As long as a reasonable justification is given, and proved sufficient, the region will not be penalized for not providing aid.
Additionally, each region would be permitted to send an ambassador to each other’s regions and, if authorized, set up embassies and join forums.
