Aalex Hunztach Windarzx was the Fourth President of the Psovian Republic; he was accused of corruption and crimes against humanity. Though he was removed from office by the National Assembly, he was never tried for his convictions, and continued to fund numerous radical political orginizations in Psov until his death, shortly before the War in the Upper Congo.
