Abert Vrentiman is the current Governor-General of the Allech-Atreus Enclave in the Antarctic Oasis. Formerly serving as an active-duty General in the Imperial Army, has was appointed to the position of Governor-General by the Emperor himself.
His assistant, Threm, has served with him for five years, but he continuously calls him Thor.
