Alçaera

Alçaera is a continent located in the southern hemisphere, to the south-west of Greater Aperin. It is not strictly speaking a region, however; most nations located there are found in the Anticapitalist Alliance region or the puppet-only Ex Aperin Colonies, although there is no restriction on nations from other regions requesting space.
