King-Emperor Alexander II is the current Head of State and Monarch of Questers and various other states in the Questarian Commonwealth. He is a King-Emperor; simultaenously a King of one land an and Emperor of many. Approximately, at last count, some 35 billion people pay taxes towards the King (although they are to him in name only). He is one of the most influential men in Questers, if not the most.
