Her Royal Highness Princess Alexandrine (Alexandrine Adalheid Sophia Sebrantke) (born 22 January 1983), styled Her Royal Highness The Hereditary Grand Duchess, is the Heir Apparent to the grand dukedom of Mecklenburg-Kupfer. On her ascension, Alexandrine will be the second grand duchess ever to rule Mecklenburg-Kupfer in her own right.

Early Life

Her Grand Ducal Highness Princess Alexandrine Adalheid Sophia Sebrantke of Mecklenburg-Kupfer, was born at Friedrichsburg Palace, the first of three daughters. Her parents are Grand Duke Friedrich Wilhelm and Grand Duchess Adalheid.

Alexandrine grew up in a happy and loving home, spending much time with her parents and younger sisters. Alexandrine was groomed from a young age to one day be the ruling grand duchess. At age twelve, she began attending the Prince's School in Kupfer. The Princess excelled in all of her studies but showed exceptional aptitude in foreign languages. Alexandrine later attended the University of Kupfer and earned degrees in English and Latin. After graduating in 2005, Alexandrine departed on a gap year.

Currently

Alexandrine became The Hereditary Grand Duchess when her grandfather died in 2001. After returning from her year abroad, Her Royal Highness has begun her official duties on behalf of the Royal Family. In addition, she is engaged to marry Heinrich August, Crown Prince of Sardaukar Prussia.
