Alfredo Juliani (b. 1811, d. 1870) was the first Prime Minister of Pacitalia, serving from 1851-1855. He was a member of the Conservativa Party. Juliani strongly believed that church and state should be together, as he said, "like apples to pie". He was forced to end his career as PM after just one term because of a stroke. He recovered and lived 15 years longer.

See the List of Pacitalian Prime Ministers for other people who have served as the leader of this nation.
