The most widely seen Vorlon outside of Vorlon Prime itself, Alkesh is one of the most communicative and approachable members of his species. Which is to say, he rarely speaks and occasionally shows up at events. His greatest achievement to date was eliminating Shadow influence in United Indiastan, though he has also been responsible for several other incidents of note.
