Allied Trade of Montelukast

The ATM

The Allied Trade of Montelukast. A Federation for "Free Trade," "Protection," and "Collectivist Theory." With the founding of the Montelukast Sea Trading Blocs, and the uniting of the Nations within, comes the creation of a new Trade Federation to maintain commercial order.

First and foremost, "Free Trade." No tarrifs, embargoes, or trade restrictions are to be applied to any Ally by another member of the Allied Trade of Montelukast. Each Ally of the ATM must have open ports and docking priviledges, free of tax, for the right of Allied vessels. No obstacles to trade shall be placed in the way of Allied Nations, and it shall be seen as treason against the ATM if any member Nation takes part in such an act.

Second, 'Protection.' All merchant vessels are allowed to carry arms as defense to their own. If an Allied vessel is under siege, it is for you to go and assist if the least bit capable. If this is not met in a time of crisis for an Ally, repramands will be dealt accordingly. On a larger scale, Allies are expected to financially back another if one is said to go to war. Port blockades, or any other action restricting trade, by enemy Nations against an Allied Nation, shall be seen as an attack against the ATM

Third, "Collectivist Theory." Required of all Allies is that they reach a certain quota regarding GDP annually. If this quota is met- It is expected that they extract a set percent of this product, decided by a vote the previous fiscal year, and add it to a pool consisting of all participating Allies funds. This sum would be divided among us equally. If the quota is not met, the country needs not to contribute. This is seen to as to benifit all Allied Nations in the ATM.

All Allied delegates belong to the Council of the ATM. The Council is created equal, with no house leader. If it is such though, that ATM does grow to a large number, than the position of Minister will be employed, and new legislature created. Joining this Federation, of the Montelukast Sea Trading Bloc, provides benifit for all Allied, and can only prove to Aid one.
