The tall, black-haired dwarf, cousin to the dwarf-lord of Barak-dûm, who rules over the dwarven colony on Mars known as Barazûn. Andvari presided over the Liangite involvement in the One Day War and the construction in Barazûn, as well as the contacts with the Illithid of Rlyeh Reemerged.
