The Armed Revolution is an alliance of militants organizations in the Revolutionary Republic of Wazistan and his listed as a terrorist organization by the Wazi Government after its involvement in many terrorist attacks in the country.

The AR was founded in 1990 by Muhammud Sayrif al-Meyterazi, commonly known as Abu Ian Mosfa. Mosfa stated the mission of the AR in 1991, which is to ousted the "corrupt Government of infidels" and to establish an Islamic Republic in the country.

The Armed Revolution has been responsible for thousands of attacks in the country since it was founded. Car bombs and suicide bombings are the organization's trade mark.

The group came to the spotlight in domestic terrorism in 2002 when 3 planes were brought down by explosions within minutes of eachother. A 4th plane exploded upon arrving at Taiji International Airport, causing major damage to the structural damage. The death toll of the attacks reached 789, all were civilians. The Armed Revolution claimed responsibility for the hours after they occured.

The Wazi Government believes the AR is operating from Ghasa, an autonomous region in the north and which ended a civil war 3 years ago. In the last year Wazi Forces have captured or killed a number of the group's leadership, including Iman Abdullah al-Nawari, who is suspect of being the number 2 man in the group under Mosfa.
