Athena Papistikas (b. 1958) is the only woman to serve as Prime Minister of Pacitalia. She served as the head of state and government from 1977 to 1985. A prominent member of the Liberale Party, Papistikas is known for her charm, unbelievable intelligence in strategy formation and remarkable wit. She was replaced by Giorgio Cassata of the Conservativa Party after she completed her second term.
