AOTC is short for "Atlantian Oceania Time Code", and refers to to time zones established (on an optional basis) by the nations in the Atlantian Oceania region. After a discussion initiated by [[Pacitalia}}, the zones took shape, as drawn by Bedistan:
After discussion in the regional forum, the only nation who has come out explicitly against the proposal is Commerce Heights, who shall use a form of RL UTC for RP purposes.
