Baltan Empire

The Baltan Empire was a belligerent nation in the European Union from 1934 to 1947. The Baltan Empire was created after the formation of the European Fascist Party in the early 30's in a patchwork of smaller nations. The EFP was consolidated under ethnic Baltan Gustav Harster.
