His Holiness Berenon, Exarch of the Flame, Watcher of Dawn, High Lord of Eldath, Trademaster of Heraniol, Holder of Darsomir

Berenon was Exarch for more than 50 years. He was a firm stickler for tradition, and while he agreed with Her Holiness' Aristhia's plan for ending isolation, never quite realised how much she intended to change. Never one to let another steal a match on him, though, he made sure to send personal representatives alongside hers.

His Holiness died in the afternoon of Tuesday, the 18th of May 2006, of complications caused by a minor stroke the previous month. He left no clear successor to the Exarchy.
