History
Boris Closenecove Hiltzs was born on April 25 CE 55 at the Berlin Coordinator center. Growing up in an isolated community away form most of the anti-coordinator attitudes of the day, Boris learned that all humans are equal no matter their Geon. Soon after reaching the age of 6 Boris and his parents moved to the PLANTs (where most of their kind seemed to be going anyways). After arriving Hiltzs' parents had another child named Jennifer. Attending school Boris had a talent for most thing academic even by Coordinator standards, excelling in History, Math, science (and most subjects it contained) and he showed a great love for soccer. After leaving his secondary education upon its completion Boris signed on to the newly formed ZAFT forces in CE 69. However he had also planed to attend the University of Aprilius City but the war in CE 70-71 cut those plans off. After the war Hiltzs did not return to school, telling his family that he needed time to think. Apparently his experience as a highly effective GINN pilot changed him in some way. In the second war with OMNI Boris fought again as a pilot with the FAITH forces of ZAFT. After this point Hiltzs went back to school and earned several highly skilled degrees at the top of his classes. Deciding to go into Politics after that he soon became a member of the Supreme Council Representing Royal Usha. For 2 years Boris did his best then when the time came he ran for Chairman (As high as you can go in the PLANTs) and won, in CE 94 he became Chairman of the PLANTs only 39 years old. Soon instating several new bills that turned the PLANTs into one massive nation Boris became very well liked by most in the PLANTs and is still Chairman to this day. Currently living in Aprilius City.
