Borraruh

Borraruh is the capital district of Borrados. It consists of Savay-Ub-Rait, a trade city on the bay of Preetneh. It was created at the time of the Assembly of the Confederation. It was created on the delta of the Briansvee River from land that formerly belonged to Preetneh. It is located on an oxbar lake. The capital building, allong with the wealthy neighborhood is built on an island, sepperating it from the river. It is home to the capital building.
