Every nation member of the UN that wish to keep an active offensive military must send a message to the General in action. This nations don't have to endorse or be endorsed by anyone;
Every nation member of the UN that wish to keep a peacefull relationship with all other nations must endorse the current UN Delegate;

A battle took place on International Waters close to Hagnatrock between Hagnatrock's Frigates and Quatro Estrelas Mercant Ships, Tankers and War Ships. Hagnatrock emerge victorious on the battle, but not whitout losing 2 frigates. A War Ship from Quatro Estrelas sucessifully fleed the battle. All cargo of the merchant ships and lemmonade in the tankers were donated for the Both Eyes Blind Olle Pirates Fund.

Quatro Estrelas answers the attack by stating the illegal actions of all ships caring Quatro Estrelas' flag. Since Quatro Estrelas is a country closed for trade with any nation by it's own laws, the actions of all 7 vessels carring Quatro Estrelas' flag was a crime, therefore Hagnatrock did nothing but a favor to Quatro Estrelas nation.
Brasil UN Delegate, Sozialistische Nation, is threatened by an annonymous hacker.
