Bloodraider

CSBloodraider.jpg

Overview:

Bloodraider is the largest ship within the Braxian Fleet. Its purpose will be to direct and defend all other ships within major operations such as planetary sieges or long term offence missions. It is fitted with standard Rexx shield generators but gets an obvious extra boost with the huge shield pod hanging from its underside. It is designed upon the Apocalypse class shell.

Armament

Battleships

Tempest

BSTempest.jpg

Overview

The Tempest is practically one of the most powerful battleships in the Braxian fleet, despite looking grotesquely different from the gold plated works-of-art that fly beside it. The two large arrays sticking out act as radar, allowing the Tempest to act as a heavily armoured scout. Despite its smaller size, it is fitted with the same amount of weaponary as the far superior Bloodraider.

Armament

Four Dual 425mm 'scout' Autocannons
Two 720mm Carbine Howitzers
One Heavy Modal Laser (With Radio Frequency Crystal)

Matriarch and Splinter

BSMatriarchandSplinterOBPounder.jpg

Overview

Looking very similar to the Bloodraider command ship, Matriarch and Splinter are based upon the Apocalypse class shell. Though only half the size as their counterpart, these two battleships still serve a purpose of transporting frigates and making assaults on similar sized ships. They are usually seen escorting the Orbital Bombardment ship Pounder.

Armament

Four Dual 250mm Railgun Turrets
One 350mm prototype I Guass Gun

Pounder

Overview

Pounder is a high-precision Orbital Bombardment platform, designed to obliterate large planetery-based installations, or individual targets. The huge beam shot from the centre of the construct can be widened to a 50-Metre diameter, or narrowed to a painfully accurate, high powered 1-Metre diameter.

Armament

One Ion-Siege Blaster Canon

Peacekeeper

SSPeacekeeper.jpg

Overview

Peacekeeper is a non-aggressive ship designed especially to negotiate ceasefires with space-bound installations, repair Braxian and allied ships, and evacuate allied troops and citizens from war zones. Its only armament is the array of electronic warfare platforms upon its underside and the ships bays which will be able to hold smaller frigate class ships when made available.

Armament

One ECM - White Noise Generator (Disrupts Radar)
One 'ABANDON' Targeting Disruptor (Disrupts Lock-On)
One Initiated Harmonic Warp Jammer (Disrupts Warping)
One 'CETUS' ECM shockwave (Disrupts Systems)

Scarab

SSScarab.jpg

Overview

The Scarab is far far smaller than its sister, the Peacekeeper, and thus is made to accompany smaller fleets comprised of frigates. It serves the same purpose of refuelling, repairing and negotiation but in a smaller package. The scarab however is fitted with four panels on its lower side, which can generate a high powered static orb, rumoured to be able to disrupt enemy electronic systems nearby if a fleet runs into trouble.

Armament

One Medium 'VEHEMENCE' I Shockwave Charge (Deals EM Damage)
One Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor (Decreases target speed)
