The Bureaucratic States Aggregated Navy (BSAN) -- also known simply as the Aggregated Navy -- acts as Oglethorpia's naval presence both in the country's territorial waters and abroad. With a personnel of 5.5 million, the Aggregated Navy is the largest division of the military by manpower, supporting some 3,900 ships and 52,000 aircraft.

In modern times, the Aggregated Navy serves a defensive purpose on Oglethorpia's northern coast facing the Tar Pin Sea, as well as along its south on the Brine Sea. In peacetime, command of the fleet falls to the Defense Bureau, while in wartime the Incumbency office serves as its commander(s).
