Capital City province is the seat of national government in Northern Sushi. Most of the buildings are government buildings. The entire provinces population is only 8% of the Capital City-Toro province. The postal codes for the Capital City province (not Toro)
are CCC,CCT,GOV,CC,CG,CT,
GT,GC,GG,NC. Capital City is refered by tourists as the ugly province, due to a lack of parks and open space.
