Capital Praetor is the heart of Eastern Europe's banking system. Capital Praetor maintains Eastern Europe's most powerful and advanced Air force (also pertaining to regular aircraft and technology), and is a democratic society built on business and hard banking. The capital is Volgograd, which is situated in the southwest of the country. Citizens of Capital Praetor go by several names: Praetorians, Praetors, Capitalites, Capitalists, Praets, etc. The formal, and polite, title is Praetorian. However, once a Praetorian becomes a member of the government, such as a Senator or a Representative, the don the title of Praetor. A Senatorial Praetor would be titled as "Senate Praetor", and a House Of Commons Praetor would be titled as "House Praetor". The President of Capital Praetor is titled as "Praetor-Elect", and the Chancellor is "Praet-Authoritat".
