Summary
The Capitol Province is located in the center of Khabro, and it houses most of the nation's legislature. The province is also home to the largest city in Khabro-- Norman. As long as the nation of Khabro maintains its position as United Nations(UN) delegate of New Westmoore, the regional UN headquarters is located in the Capitol Province.
