Caroline Thistletwat is the founder of MOM, The Matrons Of Morality, an organization determined to preserve the moral fiber of The Rogue Nation of Flibbleites through whatever means necessary.
Thistletwat watched the United Nations debates concerning the Child Pornography Prohibition resolution. Following the adoption of the resolution on 2006-07-29, she presented the MOM of the Month award to Lori JiffJeff from Gruenberg.[1]
