:Articles are automatically added to the Factbook when you add this line to the article: <tt><nowiki>[[Category:The West Pacific]]</nowiki></tt>. Categories are not articles - they are essentially the file cabinets in which you store your articles. Just add the code line, the Factbook will fill on its own.
