Cecinia

Cecinia is a Time Lord, freshly graduated from the Academy on Gallifrey. She belongs to the Cerulean College of Time Lords. In her present incarnation, her first, she is a tall woman appearing to be in her late twenties, with blue eyes and long blonde hair. A predilection for spectacles and a generally cheerful demeanour gives her an air of bookish amiability.

Shortly after her graduation from the Academy, Cecinia borrowed a TARDIS from her father, the Cardinal of the Cerulean College, although not with his consent or prior knowledge. Eager to finally apply her years of theoretical study, she set out on a sort of whirlwind tour of space and time, visiting hundreds of different planets and eras. Unlike some of the more famous Time Lords, all she did was visit, never interfere, the cautionary tales of her lecturers at the Academy fresh in her mind. Evidently the caution those more experienced time travels sought to impart on Cecinia didn't extend to all areas of time travel, and when Cecinia's TARDIS crashed into a time corridor she disembarked to explore it. Unfortunately for Cecinia the time corridor was constructed by the Daleks, and its point of origin was the Planet Skaro. She was apprehended by the Daleks, who brought her back with them to Skaro and closed the time corridor behind her, leaving her TARDIS adrift in space and time and leaving Cecinia without a means of escape. She was taken for interrogation - the Daleks sought the technology to build time ships of their own, rather than relying on crude, unstable time corridors. Despite her relative youth and inexperience, Cecinia proved to be resilient to Dalek torture thanks to her mental conditioning, although she remains their prisoner while the Daleks seek some new means of interrogation which can overcome even a Time Lord's mental conditioning.
