Chairman Hochinski was one of the last Fletcher Design units ever to be built to sail the aging Ironclads of the Nurdbotian Empire's Imperial Navy. From his creation from the factory to the rusty Ironclad HH Zhuvar he experienced nothing but hardship. He, like many cheaply manufactured robots were the lowest of the low, even lower than the junor human officers at the time. He was once weld-flogged for punching one of the aforementioned junior officers for calling him a pile of serb scrap.
Despite his station, the robot was an excellent mechanic and a logical hard working automaton who could get things done and he soon got the respect of every sailor aboard the Zhuvar. In 1903, the Zhuvar was docked in a popular and crowded port of Nogo-Nogo where he befriended a young Chairman Nurdbot and was introduced to the system of Communism.
In turn, he preached the virtues to every lowerclass sailor on the Zhuvar of all species and bided his time. Luckily, the Zhuvar was in the docks of Saint Nurdysberg when the 1917 Revolution began and organised a massive all man mutiny against all the Imperial Officers of the Ironclad.
He was chosen by Chairman Nurdbot as well as 5 of his men of each Nurdbotian species to partake in the storming of the Royal Winter Palace. He was an excellent shot with a rifle, as it turned out and patched up one of the more unfit Armoured Cars unfit for the Assault.
After the People's Republic was formed, Chairman Nurdbot made him a senoir member of the Robot Soviet and Admiral in the newly Formed Nurdbotian Navy. He was put in charge of the project of modernising the Naval Forces of the People's Republic from rusty ancient Ironclads to Battleships, Aircraft Carriers and Nuclear Submarines.
In 1935 he was made Secretary of the Robot Soviet and tasked with sorting out the mess that was the unmodernised fringes of the People's Republic by Chairman Nurdbot himself, given plenty of funding and good faith. By 1948 the Rural Villages of the nation were not only supplied with food and a voice in the socialist government, but such modern conviniences like electricity, fresh water and television. Hochinski was made a senoir Minister of the Bolshevek Party.
After Chairman Nurdbot, Chairman Neubiant decided he needed a strong determined robot to be his Vice-Chairman, so he choose Hochinski out of the 40 strong group of senoir Bolshevek Ministers. He was given the target to improve the Nurdbotian Union's Economy and Health Care system.
After the death of Chairman Neubiant in the MuDeAL meeting Nuclear Attack incident, Chairman Hochinski was sworn in as the 3rd Nurdbotian Union Chairman who promised vengance for the loss of a famous Nurdbotian Union Hero, but a general hardline stance on all nations considering in pushing the Union around.
Under his term, the Nurdbotian Union expanded even more, The Red Army took the role of peace keeping with Spifflandia and MuDeAl, The Soviet Space Program made massive advances, The Mining and Agriculture improved greatly and COMECON was formed. This is known as the 2nd Golden Age of the Nurdbotian Union.
Sadly, Hochinski's most famous mistake however was the Gnome Island Wars which not only damaged three Communist nations repuations but hurt the pride of the Nurdbotian Red Army which had never been defeated since the People's Republic was first formed.
After this, the Nurdbotian Union under Hochinski decided to work at problems at home and increased the standard of living, technology, education and welfare in the 2nd Golden Age. By 2024, Chairman Hochinski resigned from his position, saying that he had enough of the job and wanted to spend the rest of his life relaxing.
6 years later, he was declared obsolete in 2030 and his remains were packaged and buried in the same Island Cemetery as Nurdbot and Neubiant were buried.
He was the last robot Chairman in the current time, The next Chairman was Plutonion, followed by two humans. Some Robots believe that no organics should have the position of Chairman in the Union, however they have been ignored.
