Shub-Niggurath is the leader of the forces of Chaos.
Rama-Set
Rama-Set appeared in one retcon of the history of the African Empire. In this retcon, he was presented as a demonic dragon originating from the star Aldebaran and ruled over the Phoenix Empire, the precursor of the African Empire. The Phoenix Empire encompassed all of Africa. When the Islamic Union invaded North Africa, Rama-Set was killed and the empire disintegrated, leaving the sub-saharan parts of the nation to reorganize into the African Empire. Rama-Set and the Phoenix Empire are a clear reference to the RPG Rifts.
