The Citizen Rights Act was a bill passed by the Assembly of the Government of the Region of Rineu. It was passed 10 votes to 3. It deals with the right of the citizen nations of Rineu.

Content

The citizen nations, that is the member states of, Rineu are:

Considering the need of an Act to secure equal rights for all under the law and beleiving in the fundamental need for such an act, and,

Reaffirming the profound belief that rights need to be observed under the law.

As such they are in unity to enact the following as an Act of the Assembly:

1. (i) Stating that a 'citizen nation' (from here on a 'citizen') is a (ii) member of the Rineu region, (iii) is registered on the 'Rineu Regional Forum' and (iv) has been recognised, in thought or action, by the Grand Head of State as a citizen. (v) Noting all citizen nations are equal under the law. (vi) Understanding that a citizen nations fits all criteria to become an Assembly Member.

2. (i) Noting that the following legislation, and all legislation in both beofre and after, shall only apply to citizen nations. (ii) Believing and demanding that only citizen nations are granted the right to become 'Assembly Members' and that the term 'citizen nation' and 'Assembly Member' are used as one and the same.

3. Every citizen nation, that is an Assembly Member, has the right to;

(i) right to free speech, (ii) recognition that they are created equally, (iii) right to be treated (and treat others) with respect, (iv) right to a fair trial if ever brought before the judiciary of this region, (v) right to be free from other nations, (vi) right to be innocent until proven guilty, (vii) right to pride and thus shall not be disregarded or ignored without due reason, (viii) right to leave Rineu and, if returning within seven days, re-recougnition as a citizen nation, (ix) right to moderate areas of the forum that they should be running, (x) right to run their national matters as they wish, (xi) right to meet and discuss political matters and/ or create political (or any) organisation (xii) right to be helped in order to understand and enjoy all of Rineu, (xiii) right to vote and stand in elections unless they are breaching previous rules as underlined in laws, (xiv) right to be employed or start their own business or private institution, (xv) right to live without fear, harm or undue and unfair persecution, (xvi) right to have a fair and true leadership, (xvii) a legal duty to protect Rineu, (xviii) right to protect every other citizen's rights, (xiv) right to become a citizen nation if they wish and, of course (xx) the right to ensure no-one may take these rights away from us the citizens of Rineu.
