Commissar Guillermo Nagamo

Pre-Ottawo

Commissar Nagamo has always been a political leftfielder. A major player in the Turkimen Socialist Party, He became quickly disillusioned with the party's soft take on Capitalists, and wished to reform the party from the interior. However, after labeling the head of the party as a "liberal wannabe," "failed capitalist," and a "pig," he was quickly ejected out of the party for good. However, he wasn't deterred, and continued to preach his views to a more then willing audience in Turkimen, and these people became the foundation of Ottawo.

Foundation of Ottawo

Taking his followers from Turkimen, and quickly allying with a number of local tribal leaders, Nagamo set himself up as head Commissar of the United Socialist State of Ottawo. So far his heavy handed communist beliefs have fallen on receptive ears, as the people of the tribes have always seen the big businesses of the outside world as curropt and exploitive. Of these, the Lupinites espeically have found a friend in the Commissar. A race of Werewolves, the Lupinites have formed a sort of inner sanctum that protects and serves Nagamo more then any other race.
