The Committee Act was a bill passed by the Assembly of the Goverment of the Region of Rineu. It was passed 4 votes to 0. It deals with the setup of government committees and their place in the government system. A Bill to Amend Section 3 of the Committee Act was passed 11 votes to 1 as well as a Bill to Amend Scetion 2 of the Committee Act which was passed 9 votes to 1.

BELIEVING in the need for a fully explained Committee system,

THUS enacts the following and NOTES that it shall be amended to as new Committees are created:

1. (i) Committees may be created as Acts of the Assembly as (ii) a means to address a particular subject or to (iii) work on a particular issue.

2. (i) Each Committee shall be led by a Committee Chair who shall have the power of (ii) admitting Assembly Members into the Committee and (iii) excusing any Assembly Members from the Committee. (iv) The Committee Chair shall be expected to run and oversee the runnings of the Committee. (v) The Committee Chairs are accountable to the Assembly through a vote-of-no-confidence. (vi) The Committee Chair shall be appointed by the Prime Minister in the first instance (vii) and, akin to the Ministers, the Committee Chair shall need to be authorized through majority vote in the Assembly and may also be removed in a vote-of-no-confidence. (viii) Akin to the Ministers Committee Chairs shall serve at the pleasure of the Prime Minister, and may be dismissed by him at any time if they have lost his confidence.

(ii) The Recruitment Committee whose duty shall be to recruit nations legally into Rineu. (iii) The Welcome Committee whose duty shall be to welcome nations to the region and work with the relevant Minister/s to boost activity in Rineu.

4. (i) The creation of new committees is to be done so through amendment to clause '3' of this Act.
