CMO of Cyrnal Ystë
Cyrnal Ystë is an Iluvauromeni Quendi settlement established within the last twelve months in Mars orbit. The colony comes under the jurisdiction of the ICEL Space Administration.
It is located near the exit terminus for the Earth-Mars Highway (or for residents of Mars, the entrance ring for the Mars-Earth Highway). The Mars-Earth Highway is part of the larger, slowly growing Iluvauromeni Sol Mass-Transit Network. Also in nearby space is the Trafalgar, a Commonality military installation.
