Confederal Vice-President

The Vice President of the Confederated Peoples is next in line to the President and assumes the duties thereof if and when the President is unable to perform them. The Vice President is elected from the Confederal Council and remains on a position of formal equality with the other Councilors, continuing to head his own department and exercising no direct authority over the other departments.
