Congress of Strasbourg

This region was created by Great Strasbourg in January 2004. It did not have a real purpose until September, 2004, when VikingLife joined the region and suggested that he and a few other trusted nations cooperate to turn the region into a region that specializes in arbitrating and mediating disputes between nations or regions. Essentially, the region one day seeks to become a World Court of sorts.

The nations that currently populate the region are currently working together to divise arbitral and mediation structures which may one day be called upon by nations and regions across nationstates to resolve disputes. The process is in its infancy, but progress is being made.
