The Cornith Caves are a series of caverns located in Cornith County in Ethan Smith. The caves are famous for its ancient carvings and very old artifacts recently discovered by archaeologists.
The Cornith Caves was discovered by a local child playing in the outskirts of the city of Cornith in 1912. Early expeditions through the cave mapped only a few miles of the system, and they also found that the cave system is lined in quartz crystals. In fact, the original name for the cave was "Crystal Cave". Today, the Cornith Caves are thought to be much bigger than the current consensus of 103 miles. The caves are now protected by the Ethan Smith National Park Service (ESNPS) and is on the World Heritage Sites & Treasures List.
