He was the first Czar of the Mississippian Federation having been crowned approximately a month or so before he ceded power to his son (he had been Premier before that, from 1984-2004), he imprisoned, tortured, terrorized, and murdered hundreds of millions of people outside his nation and at least one two two billion inside his nation (he had killed no less than 150 million people in his nation during the 1984 civil war which saw his rise to power, with just his use of nuclear weapons). Under his iron-fisted rule, civil liberties were non-existent, the nation was a world pariah, and he became the most rabid white supremacist and anti-Semite since Adolf Hitler. However, by cloaking his totalitarianism as "anticommunism," he was able to garner support from some nations. He was later forced to cede power after being diagnosed with Parkinson's. He also had a reputation as quite the womanizer.
