Tropical Storm Donna formed from a non-tropical Low Pressure Centre that was first tracked in the Sea of Cervidia on October 21, 2135. After the centre moved onshore in Lower Biswald, killing two, it made a rare turn back out to sea and began attaining tropical characteristics, becoming Subtropical Depression 09 of the 2133-2135 cyclone season as it neared the AOR.
