General Info

Liverpool England is in the region of The Heartland, and has always been there except for a few brief periods when regional arguments led to a temporary relocation. The nation is best known for its sporting achievements.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, liberal, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is effectively ruled by the Department of Defence, with areas such as Healthcare and Public Transport receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 100%.

The nation is also a signatory of the Trade Network Association founded by The Dominion of Dread Lady Nathicana which includes signatories, to name a few, Scolopendra, Iuthia and Iraqstan, and its major trading partners within The Heartland are Aerigia, Grays Harbor, Ineptia and the members of the inactive alliance of the Partnership for Peace and Prosperity.
