Danaan Neutrality Acts

The Danaan Neutrality Acts, contrary to their name, do not mandate neutrality. Instead, these acts forbid Danaan private citizens from attempting to give material aid to the nation's enemies or harm to her allies. The acts are limited in scope and do not in any way infringe upon the right of The Resurgent Dream citizens to comment upon events happening internationally. They also do not infringe upon commercial trade of non-military goods.
