Della Cruz, officially the Allied States of Della Cruz, is located on the western two thirds of the Anglia island in the Gulf of Dominica. Della Cruz is a member of the Union of Saint Holden having joined the Union in 1922. Della Cruz shares it's border with Di Maria.

Politics
Della Cruz is a democratic republic with a strong constitution. Della Cruz has avoided the violence that has plagued the Saint Holden region; it is seen as an example of political stability in the region.
Executive responsibilities are vested in a president, who is the country's center of power. There also are two vice presidents as well as a cabinet designated by the president. The president, vice presidents, and fifty-one Legislative Assembly delegates are elected for four-year terms.
Della Cruz consists of nine states, each are directed by a mayor. Mayors are chosen democratically every four years by each province's people. Della Cruz has no military by constitution but maintains domestic police forces for internal security.

Geography
Della Cruz consists mostly of flat to rolling plains. At the southwestern end is the Sierra Josia, a range of steep mountains whose highest point is the Pico Domingos at 2,005 metres (6,578 ft). The local climate is tropical, though moderated by trade winds. In general (with local variations), there is a drier season from November to April, and a rainier season from May to October. The average temperature is 21 °C in January and 27 °C in July. Della Cruz lies in the path of hurricanes, and these destructive storms are most common in September and October. Port Anthony is the largest city and capital; other major cities include Santini and Livüey. Better known smaller towns include Trinadiaz, Pascalá and Los Numendèz.
Economy
Della Cruz is a mixed, free-market economy with state enterprises as well as private sector businesses. Major sectors of the Della Cruz economy include agriculture, mining, manufacturing, tourism and financial and insurance services. Tourism and mining are the leading foreign exchange earners.

Exports: (2007) 1,238 billion $ (Natural resources: 55.7%, Food 19.1%, Bananas 4%, Chemical 3.6%, Machinery 2.2%). The main export countries: St Samuel 33.4% , Di Maria 13.4%, Samah Island 5%, Abu Hana 4%, Makaoui 14.1%, Derbyshire 10.2%, Muhtaseb 5.8%, Abu Omar 2.3%. Imports: (1999) 2,89 billion $ (Energy 50.5%, Machinery and Equipment 7.6%, Consumer goods 33.2%). The main import countries: St Samuel 48.1%, Di Maria 7.8%, Samah Island 6.9%, Derbyshire 3.7%, Makaoui 5%, Abu Hana 3%.
Communications
Della Cruz has a fully digital telephone communication system with a mobile penetration of over 95%. The country’s three mobile operators - D&C Digital , Satcom, and Anglia Digital - have spent millions in network upgrade and expansion. A new entrant to the Della Cruz communications market, Inter-Dominica, recently laid a new submarine cable connecting Della Cruz to St Samuel. This new cable increases the total number of submarine cables connecting Della Cruz to the rest of the Saint Holden to four.

Della Cruz is located between the Christian lands to the east and the Muslim lands to the west, so therefore has a very tolerant understanding towards both beliefs. Having been ruled by the Church of Saint Holden for a time, Christianity is the predominant religion.
