The Democratic Republic of Thiese was a republic that was destroyed by Magnus Valerius. It was first established circa 1827 BC as a thriving democracy with its capital centered at the city of Thiese. When the Slavic tribes invaded in the 4th Century BC, the republic was dealt a mortal blow and was soon destroyed by different successor kingdoms. What was left of the republic was annexed by the Kingdom of Valeria in 188 BC. The city of Thiese was ransacked and was rebuilt, but it never regained the prominence it once had.
