Desmond Dekker is in charge of the Skankin Penguins national Music of SKA. He is title as the King of SKa and is internationally famous. Some of his best known songs are the Isrealites and Shanty Town. Shanty Town being sung about a city in the Skankin penguins countryside.
His responsibilities are of keep the quality of SKa up to new levels while keeping emos from invading the nation. Plus every Friday he performs in a city in the Land of Nonsense.
