Devastator-class

The Devastator-class marine cruiser is the companion vessel to the Vanguard-class ADC. The Devastator has limited capacity to carry aircraft - two G# strike-bombers (smaller than their heavy-bomber counterparts) or four eXon fighter-bombers. Again, all aircraft are launched from below the waterline.
The Devastators have a triple-superstructure, as opposed to the quadruple-superstructure utilized on the Vanguard-class. They also utilize the multi-function assault plating on the upper decks, with replacements on each superstructure kept at combat-readiness at all times.
The Devastator is particuarly effective at suppression and defensive duties, freeing up the fleet-killing Vanguard-class vessels for full offensive duties.
