The Doctorate Trio is a cartel of human scientists that agreed to work inside Tiberian Destiny, responsible for the medical treatment of Number 13, in exchange for the opportunity to do research on tiberium-based life. The three members of the cartel that have appeared in the RP (possibly the only members except for subordinate staff) are three doctors with the names Huntley, Baxley and Finley, possibly not their true names.
