From your nation's main page, click View Dossier. The dossier allows you to store the names of regularly-visited nations for easy telegramming, or just to check up on them.

Dossiers are used by defenders to keep track of nations known for invading. This can be a easy way to know where they are and what they are doing.

You can add nations to your dossier by visiting their nation page and clicking the Add NationName to your Dossier link.
